Pomôžte ťažko chorej žene. Prispejte jej prosím na liečbu a opravu domu aby sa mohla vrátiť späť. Doplatila na svoju dôverčivosť a teraz túži po tom aby sa mohla vrátiť domov.

Týmto by som vás chcela poprosiť o pomoc pre moju ťažko chorú matku ktorá je po detskej obrne, infarkte a po dvoch porážkach.
ÚPSVaR jej dal príspevok na bezbariérový prístup do domu a sprchový kút. Keďže podnikateľovi dôverovala, tak mu dala príspevok v celej sume. Podnikateľ peniaze zobral, odviedol nekvalitnú a nedokončenú prácu a v tom stave v akom to zanechal je celé dielo nepoužiteľné. Nakoniec to skončilo na súde. Po 7 rokoch súdy rozhodli, že podnikateľ má matke uhradiť 3200€ na opravu celého diela. Peniaze nezaplatil, išiel návrh na exekúciu ale pani exekútorka povedala že u nej už má 18 exekúcií a my sme 19. v poradí, takže peniaze na opravu diela sú v nedohľadne a dielo teda nemáme za čo opraviť.
Aby toho nebolo málo, ÚPSVaR žiada od matky nakoľko tam nebýva aby im peniaze za 4 roky vrátila späť lebo zmluva končí v roku 2016. Vôbec im nevadí že celé sa to nedá používať, že dielo nie je dokončené, domov sa vrátiť nemôže, niet ju kde ani umyť a ani po dvore nemôže prejsť. Keby to súdy nenaťahovali 7 rokov, mohlo by to byť už dávno v poriadku. Vlastne vinou štátu to nie je hotové a musí byť umiestnená v DSS-ke. Už v máji bol rok čo je tam umiestnená a mesačne sa za ňu platí 420€+ lieky+ hygienické potreby+ doplnky k strave.
Týmto by som chcela poprosiť dobrých ľudí či by jej nemohli prispieť na liečbu a opravu domu aby sa mohla konečne vrátiť domov po čom tak veľmi túži.

COLSAF ( Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family) gave her allowance for building barrier-free access to house and shower. Because she trusted the entrepreneur, she gave him an allowance in full sum. Entrepreneur took the money, did a really bad, shoddy work and he even left it undone. In the current state, its unusable.
This case ended on court. After 7 years court decided, that entrepreneur has to give my mother 3200€ to fix and finish the work on this barrier-free access and shower. He didn´t payed. An application for execution was sent, but the executor said that he has 18 executions and we are 19th in the order, therefore money to repair the work are nowhere in sight, so we can´t repair it by any means.
As an added bonus, COLSAF is demanding from my mother portion of money (for 4 years) back, because she signed an agreement she will live in the house and this agreement is relevant till 2016. It doesn´t matter to them the work he had done cannot be used by any means, that the work isn´t finished, that she can´t go back because there is nowhere she can walk on land or get her bathed. If the court wouldn´t hold this case for 7 years, it could´ve been considered done long time ago. In fact it´s the state´s fault that she has to be in in the DSS/SSH- House of social services.
It was a year in May when she moved there. Month fee is 420€ plus medicine, toiletries and diet supplements.
Therefore i want to ask good people if they couldn´t help her to pay her treatment and to finish the work on the house so she can go back. Its everything she wants.
